Patch Alert!
Yes, there's already a patch. Let us hope that this is not an omen of things to come... releasing a patch on the day the game goes gold is hardly inspiring...

This patch adds NAT negotiation, which is handy. Plus apparently it fixes a couple of gameplay problems, though to be honest I haven't noticed anything yet. =P
